Why am I getting "User ID already exists in our system" error?

This message means that you are attempting to ‘Add new user’, but there is already one registered using your email address as User ID. Our system does not allow a given User ID email address to be assigned to more than one user record in our system. Please provide an alternative to create your unique user account.

Why can’t I update my User ID to an email address in my current profile?

Your User ID is set when you first create your Ordering account. It's not possible to change your Ordering User ID. This is for security reasons. You can however create a new user where you can add your User ID in an email format. To do this, go to Ordering Centre and under My Account > Manage Users, select Add New User. Complete the form as required and you’re new User ID will be active immediately. You can delete your old User ID should you wish to use this as your login anymore. You will need to login using your newly created User ID henceforth. You will not lose any data related to order history or outstanding orders.

Why do I need to create a new User ID?

When you register on JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UKoak, you will be required to use an email address as your part of your login information. This will enable us to bring your data forward from our old website and allow you to pick up from where you left off on jnjvisioncare.co.uk (Referred to as “legacy solution”).
If your username on our legacy solution (or on JNJVISIONPRO.co.uk) is not in the format of an email address, our system will be unable to match your existing data and will create a brand-new login, which we do not recommend as your experience with the new features of J&J Vision Pro will be limited.

Do I still have access to ordering for my practice if I create a new user?

Yes, your access to our Order Centre (OC) will not disappear. To ensure you do not encounter any issues, ensure that you have an email address associated with your OC login and create a JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK profile using this email address. This will match and merge your data to ensure your experience is uninterrupted.

Why do I need to provide my email address now?

Everyone needs have their unique login before we transfer you to JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK. By providing an email address as your User ID for your individual account, we make it easier for you to log in. You will use this User ID email address to seamlessly access our services across Order Centre, Learning and JNJVISIONPRO once we transfer you over. We respect your privacy, your email address, and the information you give us. We will not use your email address for purposes other than specified by you.

I created a new user. What happens to my old user?

Thank you for upgrading your Ordering account to an Individual account!
Your old user will become inactive, and it will be deactivated after transition to JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK.

Will I still be able to access ordering for my practice if I create a new user?

Yes. You will be able to use your new user just like you used your old user. Nothing will change in the way you are ordering products for your practice, viewing the history or tracking the order information.
Please make sure you follow the steps precisely to ensure you do not encounter any access issues. Should you experience any issues in this process, please contact our Customer Services team or your ACUVUE® Account Manager.

I can’t create new user. What should I do?

This means your role doesn’t allow you to manage users in your Practice Ordering account.Please contact your Practice Ordering Account Administrator. They will be able to create a new user for you that meets this new requirement.

I don’t see ‘Manage User’ section in my Ordering account. What should I do?

I don’t want to upgrade my Ordering account to an Individual account. Will this prevent me from ordering for my practice?

Upon the launch of JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK, you will still be able to access our Ordering site and login with your existing username and password should you wish. However, to ensure your experience on the site is undisrupted and you do not encounter any issues, we strongly recommend creating an account and unlocking the full benefits of JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK.
