Why is my access to the site restricted? I can’t access Practice Centre or My Learning?

Why I can't access the Ordering site as I was used to before JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK?

As you may have noticed, the way you are accessing Ordering services has changed. We’ve changed more than just our look—at Johnson & Johnson Vision, we’re changing the way we do business with you. We care about the personalised experience and security of our users and that’s why we’re introducing our new JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK site to offer your practice the best possible experience with clear, easy access to all the expertise we have accumulated over the years. With new one login account experience, you will be able to seamlessly access services across Order Centre, Learning and JNJVISIONPRO without switching platforms.

Why am I asked to merge my Ordering account with my JNJVISIONCARE.CO.UK account?

We have updated our system to help you manage your practice and product ordering with ease. There is no need to log in to multiple accounts anymore to access all features. On our new site, you can order products, manage your account information, and find valuable resources all in one place. This is the reason why you’re being asked to merge your existing Order ACUVUE® account and JNJVISIONCARE.CO.UK user accounts to be able to fully enjoy the new Johnson & Johnson online experience. Why am I asked to provide an email address for my account?

By providing an email address for your individual account on JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK, we make it easier for you to log in. This email address will be your username that you use to access our services across Order Centre, Learning and JNJVISIONPRO. If you forget your password, you will need the current email address to reset it. We respect your privacy, your email address, and the information you give us. We will not use your email address for purposes other than specified by you. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

I have an account in JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK, but I can’t access ordering. What should I do?

Please link your account to your practice to be able to access ordering permissions. Go to your ’Dashboard’ and click ‘Link to Practice Account’. If you don't have an Ordering account for your Practice yet, please apply for one using this Online Registration Form.

Why am I getting an "Email address already exists in our system" error?

This message means that you are attempting to register an account, but there is already one registered using your email address. JNJVISIONPRO.CO.UK does not allow a given email address to be assigned to more than one user record in our system. Please provide an alternative email address to register your unique user account. If you already have an account with us, please reset the password for the existing account to renew the access.
